The resource will be responsible for metal carpentry work, based on the provided technical documentation (drilling, grinding, wire welding, assembly).

Ability to read mechanical drawings is required.

– Previous experience as a metal carpenter/welder
– Knowledge of technical characteristics of metal materials
– Familiarity with mechanical drawings
– Autonomy in mechanical processing procedures
– Knowledge and use of tools and equipment for mechanical installations
– Knowledge of continuous wire welding and electrode welding tools
– Competence in metal processing techniques and assembly of metal parts

Ability to weld metal carpentry structures using MIG/MAG welding is required. Welding skills using electrodes on pipes and optionally TIG welding on stainless steel are appreciated.

Essential requirements include the ability to read technical drawings, WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), and follow instructions from technicians in the workshop.

Knowledge of structural calculations, finite element analysis, machine part verification, and mechanical manufacturing processes is required.

– Ability to interface and collaborate with various company departments (Mechanical/Electrical/Software)
– Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
– Excellent knowledge of the following software: Word, Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Structural Carpentry, Mechanics
– Desired knowledge: English, hydraulics, pneumatics
– Availability for short trips of 1-3 days.

– Experience in managing the procurement of electrical and mechanical materials for cost centers, projects, and construction sites.

– Strong communication and customer management skills.

The Payroll and Contributions Officer will be responsible for managing the employee remuneration system in compliance with legal obligations (contributions, insurance, administrative, and tax).

Required qualifications:

– Experience in the field, specifically at the operational level.

Role:

The Payroll Officer must ensure the proper management of all aspects related to the employment relationship from a contractual and remuneration perspective, from hiring to termination. They will be responsible for supporting the preparation of pay slips by accurately and promptly managing leave, overtime, maternity, leaves of absence, pensions, and settlements, as well as recording expense reports, managing social security and supplementary relationships, and handling hiring/termination procedures and related compliance requirements. Among the Payroll Officer’s tasks are attendance tracking, monitoring and analyzing labor costs, preparing and disseminating contractual communications and service orders related to personnel management according to company procedures. They will be the point of reference for resolving any administrative HR-related issues. The Payroll Officer will also collaborate in planning the development of IT and management systems to ensure efficiency in human resources administration.
